This is an internship role for a student in mechatronics, automation, electrical, mechanical engineering, or related fields to assist with basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and data collection for production equipment, including CNC machines and industrial robots. The role also involves participating in digitalization projects using tools like Power BI and Power Automate, and assisting with documentation and process improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist equipment maintenance engineers in basic inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of production equipment such as CNC, robots, cleaning machines, and assembly machines.
  2. Assist in handling simple equipment failures, including basic mechanical, electrical, and sensor issues.
  3. Assist equipment engineers with spare parts management.
  4. Participate in automation-related tasks, such as: teaching and basic maintenance of industrial robots (Fanuc/ABB/KUKA, etc.), debugging records, operation monitoring, and parameter recording for automated equipment.
  5. Participate in digitalization projects, including: equipment data collection (via scanners, sensors, PLC I/O, etc.); assisting with basic digital tools like Power BI/Power Automate/Power Apps; assisting with organizing and analyzing equipment operation and maintenance data.
