Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for **Fabrication Specialist **to join the team based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Entry-Level and Associate** **Fabrication Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:
- Performs machine set-up, machining, sheet metal fabrication and extrusion, tube bending and fabrication tasks
- Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks
- Assembles precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components
- Assembles, repairs, modifies and installs various power plants and drive trains
- Perform soldering on electronic and avionics products
- Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products
- Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests
- Performs basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation
- Applies routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements
- Works on articles of limited complexity following established drawings and requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ months of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools)
- Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data

Summary Pay Range:
Entry-Level (Level A): $48,000 - $49,000
Associate (Level B): $54,000 - $64,000
