This role is for a Fabricator I at Caterpillar in Rayong, Thailand. The primary responsibilities include manufacturing and assembling metal parts and structures using specialized tools and machinery, including welding. The role requires reading engineering drawings, operating manual metalworking machinery, and ensuring quality control. Candidates need experience in heavy fabrication and welding, with a vocational or higher education in a related field.

What you'd actually do

  1. ผลิตและประกอบชิ้นส่วนโลหะ โครงสร้างเหล็ก หรือชิ้นงานขนาดกลาง–ใหญ่ ตามแบบวิศวกรรมและข้อกำหนดของงาน
  2. เตรียมวัสดุสำหรับงาน Heavy Fabrication เช่น การตัด เจาะ ดัด หรือขึ้นรูปโลหะหนา (Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel / Structural Steel)
  3. ตั้งค่า ควบคุม และปรับแต่งเครื่องจักรงานโลหะแบบ Manual ได้แก่ Punch Press, Shears, Benders, Presses และ Fixtures
  4. ใช้งานเครื่องมือสำหรับเตรียมพื้นผิวโลหะ เช่น Grinder, Sander และอุปกรณ์เตรียมผิวก่อน–หลังงานเชื่อม
  5. ปฏิบัติงานเชื่อมโลหะตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เช่น Welding งานโครงสร้าง งานประกอบ และงานซ่อม

  • SMAW / GMAW / FCAW / GTAW welding skills
  • Manual metalworking machinery operation

Nice to have
