This role is for a Bilingual Facilitator at Allstate, responsible for coordinating, delivering, and assessing the effectiveness of Sales & Service programs across Canada. The role involves training insurance agents on technical, procedural, and product knowledge, providing feedback to design teams, and evaluating learning outcomes. It requires strong communication and presentation skills, and experience in the insurance industry is a plus. The role is hybrid and requires bilingualism in French and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs, both in person and virtually, to support knowledge integration and the adoption of best practices.
  2. Assess employee learning and performance, providing constructive feedback to employees and their managers, and identifying skill or knowl
  3. Develop and recommend continuous learning and professional development strategies to support operational readiness and performance.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and content using qualitative and quantitative measures, including learner feedback, performance metrics, observations, and knowledge retention.
  5. Establish and maintain ongoing feedback mechanisms to improve learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
