This role is a first-level supervision position in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, focusing on production planning, logistics, shipping, and inventory management. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring production commitments, coordinating materials, leading cycle counts, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide first-level supervision in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, ensuring production commitments are met in accordance with policies and procedures.
  2. Initiate training, assign duties, plan daily work, and actively assist or direct subordinates as required.
  3. Monitor work operations and employee performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  4. Act as the Business Unit Manager’s customer service champion, optimizing service levels and performance metrics
  5. Develop labor, productivity, and utilization models to support business capabilities and production rates.

Skills

Required

  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and focus for extended periods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management systems (e.g., Kronos).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
