This role is for a UI/UX Facilitator in the EdTech space, focusing on supporting students in a UI/UX program. Responsibilities include grading, live chat mentoring, video support, and facilitating live lessons. What you'd actually do

  1. Perform all core activities (Grading, Livechat, QA, Live Lessons & Weekly Video Tutoring) within defined guidelines and maintain a QA score of 80% and above
  2. Deliver high-quality learner feedback aligned with program rubrics
  3. Review mentor session content as per latest processes and guidelines
  4. Provide on-demand video support for learner queries
  5. Conduct Q&A sessions to improve learner understanding and engagement
