Facilities Admin Specialist

This role is responsible for providing building and office management services, including managing external vendors, reviewing contracts, coordinating space planning, and preparing budgets. It also involves managing logistics, shipping/receiving, scheduling, processing administrative paperwork, and supporting workplace and site operations. The role requires coordination with vendors and visitors, and ensuring site processes are followed.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide building and office management services for economy of operation and maximum usage of facilities and equipment.
  2. Work with external vendors to develop and implement facilities plans.
  3. Review vendor contracts, onsite vendor performance, timely work order completion, and construction related activities.
  4. Participate in collaborative space planning efforts with internal resources and user groups.
  5. Prepare and monitor annual property budget and other related costs in facility planning.
