Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Facilities Coordinator – Level 3 to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. No relocation is available.
In the Facilities Coordinator Level 3 role you will be coordinating and supervising the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for assigned area.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinating and supervising the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for assigned area.
- Maintaining contact with and directs contractor representatives and assists in resolving discrepancies in design specifications.
- Verifying labor expended and materials used and inspects projects for conformance to engineering standards and codes, building techniques and safety practices.
- Estimating percent completion of projects and advises designated individuals of cost status.
- Working in conjunction with facilities representatives under the guidance of the facilities manager to manage day-to-day operational tasks of the facilities department.
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
Availability to handle off-hours emergencies and holiday work
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aerospace Industry Facilities Experience
- Experience with Facilities Management Systems (CMMS, CostPoint, ServiceNow, etc.)

Primary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
