Facilities Engineer responsible for managing capital projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves developing project implementation procedures, evaluating 5-year capital projects, and performing financial analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review and justify capital projects.
  2. Perform Asset Life Cycle Analysis (M&E).
  3. Prepare and follow up on the approval of capital requisitions.
  4. Perform labor reclassification for capital projects.
  5. Evaluate and justify 5-year capital projects.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and product drawings
  • Experience managing, planning, and administering short-, medium- and long-term capital projects (CAPEX, OIA)
  • Advanced knowledge of developing and managing maintenance plans for major equipment
  • Ability to analyze the lifecycle of machinery and equipment

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and compressed air systems management
  • Knowledge of project management principles
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Understanding product development, quality, and change management processes
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with SAP PM module and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with NextGen systems
  • Advanced English proficiency
