What you'd actually do

  1. Facilities and energy systems management: Responsible for the stable operation and continuous optimization of public systems such as electricity, HVAC, compressed air, water supply and drainage, and gas, ensuring production continuity
  2. Maintenance and operation management: Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems, promote daily maintenance, hidden danger investigation, and outsourced service provider management, ensuring compliance of fire and special equipment
  3. Energy and energy saving management: Monitor energy data and formulate KPIs, promote the implementation of energy-saving projects, improve energy efficiency, and support sustainable development goals
  4. Project management: Lead or support production line expansion and facility renovation projects, responsible for the entire process management from project initiation, budget to implementation and acceptance
  5. Emergency and repair management: Establish emergency mechanisms, quickly respond to sudden failures, and reduce downtime

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, HVAC, Energy and Power, Automation, or related majors
  • 5-10 years of manufacturing plant/facility management experience
  • Familiarity with power, HVAC, and compressed air systems
  • Familiarity with TPM or Lean experience
  • Familiarity with plant facilities systems and infrastructure renovation (electrical, HVAC, civil engineering, etc.)
  • Independent experience in driving CAPEX projects
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with EHS regulations and acceptance procedures
  • Experience in energy management and energy-saving projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Cross-departmental communication and project coordination skills
  • Good cost awareness and data analysis ability
  • Strong execution ability
  • Basic English ability
