What you'd actually do

  1. Contributing to ISO 50001 energy management certification from a documentation and data analysis perspective by:
  2. Monitoring and analyzing building systems operational data to assess efficiency, identify trends and issues, and support optimization initiatives
  3. Working with data from a large network of sensors and meters monitoring building and facility systems
  4. Assisting with the use of advanced analytics platforms (ex. GE Cimplicity, SEEQ) to improve data visibility, monitoring, and insights
  5. Contributing to initiatives that explore AI enabled functionalities to enhance system reliability, reduce operational costs, and simplify data monitoring

Skills

Required

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (ex. electrical, mechanical, energy systems, building technologies, automation, or similar)
  • Ability to remain student for at least 12 months
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with LLMs, data and documentation
  • Interest in real estate, facilities management, building operations, or workplace services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Well organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage tasks accurately
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
