Facilities Technician responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building and material handling systems, including electrical and electronic control systems. Supports operations by designing maintenance solutions and developing plans to achieve goals. Requires 3+ years of experience with conveyors, electrical systems, and building maintenance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Troubleshoot, maintain and repair all aspects of material handling systems & conveyors (such as motor/ reducer issues, belt tracker, belt lacing
  2. Diagnose, using test equipment, electrical and electronic control systems and other related equipment, devices or components
  3. Maintain and troubleshoot basic relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
  4. Lead preventative maintenance procedures
  5. Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used
