Operations Finance Specialist to join Intel Foundry's financial strategies and business outcomes team. This role will translate complex business strategies into actionable financial targets and tactical plans, collaborate with business teams to drive operational and financial plans, and leverage advanced financial modeling and analysis to inform strategic decisions, optimize performance, and enhance Intel's competitive edge. The role will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, including advanced data visualization tools and AI, create and manage automated reports using business intelligence tools, and perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.

What you'd actually do

  1. Cost and budget management across BE factories
  2. Identify, analyze and recommend key revenue and cost drivers impacting gross margin, operating income, and return on invested capital
  3. Partner across Factory operations and business groups to drive business process efficiency relating to things like Tooling, factory cost pricing, NRE calculations etc.
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including advanced data visualization tools and AI. Create and manage automated reports using business intelligence tools, delivering meaningful insights into business performance and providing decision support.
  5. Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast while benchmarking key performance indicators with external and internal peers.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant OSAT experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, or related functions
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools to create automated reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform cost/benefit and sensitivity analyses.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and strategic finance.
  • Knowledge of OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) processes and practices.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant OSAT experience.
  • PhD in Finance or a related domain with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Proven track record in driving financial process improvements and delivering automation solutions.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for performance optimization.
