As Factory Manager, you will lead a fast-paced manufacturing operation with full ownership of manufacturing, heat treat, and assembly across more than 12 product lines. You will have the opportunity to grow your leadership scope, innovate within operations, and directly influence the strength of a globally recognized brand.

What you will do:
- Lead a large segment of plant operations across manufacturing, heat treat, and assembly in a high-paced, results-driven environment.
- Own performance across 12+ product lines with direct impact on global customers and large engine demand growth.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through Lean tools, empowering teams to think differently and challenge the status quo.

Skills you must have:
- Budgeting: Extensive knowledge of organization's budget process; ability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.
- Quality Management: Extensive knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
- Analytical Thinking: Extensive knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Planning and Organizing: Expert knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
- Performance Management: Expert knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Manufacturing Operations: Expert knowledge of manufacturing operations; ability to perform day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility for products.
- Manufacturing Safety: Extensive knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment, and site.
- Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies: Extensive knowledge of organizational standards, procedures, and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance.
- Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Summary Pay Range:
$159,120.00 - $238,680.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
