This role is a Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead for AI solutions within the Federal Civilian sector for AWS. The primary focus is on driving sales strategy, pipeline development, and solution positioning, rather than directly building or researching AI models. The role involves understanding customer needs, translating complex AI technologies into tangible outcomes, and working with various internal teams and external partners to accelerate deal velocity and adoption of AI solutions in regulated government environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the Go-to-Market strategy for assigned Solution Areas — Supply Chain Modernization, Fraud Waste & Abuse, Amazon Connect, Data Center/Mainframe Migrations, and Generative AI — across the FedCiv Health portfolio, aligning AWS AI capabilities to agency mission priorities.
  2. Serve as the connective tissue between FedCiv Health account teams and specialized AWS resources including ProServe, Specialty Sales, Connect Sales, Global Migrations, and the GenAI Innovation Center — accelerating deal velocity across ProServe, Partner, and Utility revenue streams.
  3. Build and manage qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets by coordinating cross-functional pursuit teams spanning sales, solutions architecture, partners, and delivery.
  4. Develop territory-specific account strategies for FedCiv Health customers, translating complex agency missions into actionable AWS solution plays.
  5. Orchestrate partner ecosystem motions to expand solution reach and accelerate time-to-award.
