Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Education, Operations, or related field
  • 4+ years of combined higher education and relevant work experience
  • Experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations, project coordination, vendor management, learning delivery, or similar operational role
  • Experience coordinating resources across multiple projects, events, workstreams, or client-facing deliverables
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external partners or vendors
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
