This role is for a Federal Program Cost Control Analyst at Oracle Health Government Services. The primary responsibilities include performing financial analysis and reporting for federal programs and projects, managing project profitability, and ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational systems. The analyst will collaborate with project managers, subcontract management teams, and cross-functional teams to support financial objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment. Previous federal contracting experience is preferred, and US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a government security clearance is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform and compile program- or project-level financial analysis and reporting to support business and project leadership including budgets and forecasts, cost estimates, trends and variances and risk impact assessments
  2. Ensure internal financial and operational systems are maintained allowing for accuracy in managing and reporting project profitability
  3. Integrate with Subcontract Management teams and support third party pricing requests.
  4. Oversee financial management processes for third parties as required, including collaborating with project teams to create business cases, budgets, forecasts and schedules
  5. Represent financial management processes in project meetings and provide data-supported recommendations
