Federal Sales Manager, Civilian

Okta is seeking a Federal Sales Manager, Civilian to drive revenue growth within Federal accounts. This role involves managing the sales process, closing new business, expanding existing accounts, and representing Okta professionally. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Federal sales and account management experience in a SaaS/Cloud B2B environment with a focus on Civilian agencies, and IT/Security sales experience is strongly preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  2. Continually Build and Grow a robust sales pipeline within the Civilian Agencies
  3. Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  4. Lead contract negotiations
  5. Ensure customer happiness and success

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of FED sales and account management experience in a SaaS/Cloud B2B environment with focus on Civilian
  • BS/BA or Equivalent related professional experience
  • Ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data
  • U.S. Person status documentation
