What you'd actually do

  1. Execute the marketing strategies of the central marketing department, formulate regional market promotion plans, deeply understand the regional market, follow up and evaluate the execution (frequency and quality) of regional promotion activities, and continuously improve promotion efficiency.
  2. Regularly visit KOLs and regional speakers to improve promotion activities at the regional level.
  3. Visit and coach with the sales team to implement product strategy execution and product information delivery.
  4. Regularly organize product knowledge and strategy learning to improve the professional level of the team.
  5. Communicate and coordinate the execution of major marketing projects, and provide timely feedback.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Clinical Medicine, or related fields
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the medical device industry
  • At least 3 years of sales position experience, including key account (KA) sales or regional sales/marketing positions
  • Cross-departmental communication and channel management capabilities
  • Ability to drive market project execution and provide timely feedback
  • Mature and stable, results-oriented
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Willingness to travel
