This role focuses on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within field-based operations, partnering with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to identify opportunities, implement standard work, and enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience. It requires experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across field operations to improve efficiency, quality, and service outcomes.
  2. Apply structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement methodologies to address performance gaps and operational challenges.
  3. Partner with field leadership and cross‑functional teams to deploy standard work, best practices, and process improvements.
  4. Analyze performance data, metrics, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and measure impact.
  5. Support change management efforts by engaging stakeholders, communicating progress, and reinforcing adoption of new processes.
