Field Enablement Program Manager

Contentful is seeking a Field Enablement Program Manager to build and deliver programs that empower Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role will focus on driving field readiness through structured enablement initiatives, boosting knowledge, refining skills, and supporting leadership across pre- and post-sales activities. The role involves designing and delivering enablement programs, partnering with Sales and Field leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to measurable performance through KPIs and feedback loops. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience, with strong project management and communication skills, and proficiency with enablement platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and deliver structured enablement programs tailored to Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager roles
  2. Partner closely with our Sales and broader Field leadership team on initiatives that strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth
  3. Own cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, People and Operations to support company-wide enablement goals
  4. Contribute to measurable performance by using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops to optimize enablement outcomes
  5. Act as a program owner and facilitator, delivering in-person and virtual training, e-learning experiences, and onboarding integration

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles
  • Understanding of key Sales roles, GTM processes, and measurement
  • Training delivery experience or an aptitude to deliver in-person/virtual training
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfort operating autonomously
  • Effective communicator and facilitator
  • Experience with global stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms, Salesforce, LMS systems, and content management tools

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS or Cloud Technology, ideally within the DXP space
  • Track record in enablement program design, including role-based learning, gamification, and performance tracking
  • High emotional intelligence, interpersonal fluency, and the ability to build trust across diverse teams
  • Growth mindset with a bias for action, resilience, and a touch of humor
