What you'd actually do

  1. Travel 75%-80% of the time throughout Europe.
  2. Communicate with external and internal customers to install and implement Augury’s hardware and services successfully.
  3. Effectively manage administrative tasks, which include, but are not limited to, service reports, customer action lists, inventory returns, and material asset lists, Salesforce, and other project management software.
  4. Assist in the optimization of our products by working alongside our reliability systems managers and client partners.
  5. Assist with project-specific tasks (conducting site surveys, maintenance visits, and installations).

Skills

Required

  • valid driver's license
  • passport
  • ability to successfully pass a background check
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in installing or troubleshooting industrial controls, electromechanical, and wireless systems
  • comprehensive understanding of various types of rotating equipment operation and design
  • experience working in Industrial environments and associated safe work practices
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders both verbally and electronically
  • ability and willing to work on the weekend
