Field & Events Marketing Manager

Supabase is seeking a Field & Events Marketing Manager to scale their global events program, supporting third-party events, developer community events, hosted programs, and their user conference series. The role focuses on executing high-impact event experiences to build brand awareness, deepen community engagement, and drive pipeline generation. Key responsibilities include owning event execution, managing budgets and vendors, coordinating logistics, partnering cross-functionally, and tracking event performance. The ideal candidate has 4-7+ years of experience in event marketing, strong project management skills, and is comfortable in a remote, async environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own execution for a portfolio of Supabase events across sponsored, hosted, and community programs
  2. Help evaluate event opportunities and recommend where we should invest time and budget
  3. Support sponsorship execution including securing packages, managing deliverables, and coordinating contract workflows
  4. Manage event budgets, vendors, timelines, run-of-show docs, and onsite operations
  5. Place vendor orders and coordinate production/logistics (booth assets, shipping, print, signage, swag, etc.)

Skills

Required

  • 4-7+ years experience in event marketing and/or field marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to run high-quality events end-to-end with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean, remote, and async environment
