Field Frac Supervisor (wellhead)

This role supervises technical field service programs for fracking equipment, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. It involves directing and developing a team, managing work plans, and ensuring high standards of technical work in a field-based environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Creates and manages field service infrastructure; establishes and maintains the training readiness of the organization.
  2. Directs, motivates and develops the team. Supports the culture and values of the organization. Facilitates smooth workflow; ensures high standards and quality of technical work.
  3. Drives the development of work plans, schedules and evaluation criteria for field service activities, projects and personnel.

  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracking operations, including expertise in stack and zipper procedures, as well as comprehensive experience in overall fracking field operations.
