Field Marketer

This role is for a Field Marketer at an applied AI lab that builds end-to-end software agents. The marketer will execute the go-to-market strategy through high-impact, high-touch experiences to drive pipeline, strengthen executive relationships, and accelerate enterprise adoption of their AI products. Responsibilities include event execution, territory strategy development, full lifecycle event ownership, localization of narratives, pre- and post-event campaigns, and scouting strategic opportunities. The role requires demonstrated experience in field marketing for technical or enterprise software companies, ability to plan and measure programs tied to revenue, strong cross-functional partnership skills, comfort in ambiguous environments, and ability to communicate technical products clearly.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute Cognition’s field strategy by delivering extraordinary in-person experiences for top engineering and business leaders
  2. Build deep relationships with regional sales teams and collaboratively develop territory strategies aligned to revenue targets
  3. Own the full lifecycle of each event: planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, onsite execution, attendee management, and follow-up
  4. Localize our core narratives and value propositions for specific industries, geographies, and customer segments
  5. Run pre- and post-event campaign motions to maximize attendance, engagement, follow-up, and conversion

Skills

Required

  • Demonstrated experience in field marketing for technical or enterprise software companies
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure complex programs tied directly to revenue outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills—you instinctively bring Sales, Product, and Marketing teams into alignment
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high expectations for quality and speed
  • Ability to communicate technical products clearly and credibly to senior engineering and business leaders
  • A track record of running multiple programs simultaneously with precision and strong attention to detail
