What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end execution of marketing events, with a strong focus on third-party programs like conferences, trade shows, and partner activations
  2. Act as the primary point of contact with event organizers—managing sponsorship deliverables, timelines, and logistics
  3. Coordinate all event elements including booth setup, shipping, vendor management, and on-site execution
  4. Manage registration allocations, pass distribution, and internal attendee coordination
  5. Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed flawlessly—from branding to speaking opportunities to lead capture

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or program management
  • Proven track record of owning and executing events from start to finish
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • A strong collaborator who thrives working across teams
  • Clear and confident communicator

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6sense, or similar platforms
