Scale AI is seeking a Field Marketing & Events Manager for their Public Sector team. This role will support event and field marketing initiatives, including third-party trade shows, Scale-hosted executive and practitioner events, and their annual AI Leadership Summit. The manager will execute event planning and logistics, align with sales goals, manage vendor relationships and budgets, track campaign performance, and support the AI Governance and Policy portion of the Scale Summit conference. The ideal candidate has experience in event marketing with the U.S. Federal Government market, strong project management skills, and a strategic mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute all planning and logistics for all federal executive dinners, meetups, happy hours, and sponsored trade shows
  2. Establish event activities in line with sales goals and deal acceleration, prioritizing goals from the Federal team leadership and Business Development team on event location and audience
  3. Manage contractor relationships including event production firms and outside vendors, and event budgets
  4. Align with growth marketing on marketing campaigns and marketing qualified lead (MQL) reporting
  5. Track event campaign performance, measuring ROI, results, and metrics through Salesforce
