Postman is seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Lead to drive pipeline growth and market expansion across key European regions. This role focuses on turning global campaign strategy into regionally relevant, high-impact programs that engage developers, product teams, and enterprise buyers. The lead will own how Postman shows up in-market across EMEA, integrating events, ABM, digital, and partner marketing into cohesive programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate global campaign strategy into EMEA-focused marketing plans aligned to pipeline goals.
  2. Execute multi-channel programs that combine: Orchestrate campaigns across the full funnel — from awareness to deal acceleration.
  3. Work closely with EMEA sales leaders and SDR teams to: Act as a strategic partner to sales — not just a program executor.
  4. Own the strategy and execution of EMEA field events, including: Focus on quality of engagement and pipeline impact, not just attendance.
  5. Collaborate with partners to deliver joint campaigns and co-marketing programs.
