This role is for a Field Marketing Manager in EMEA for Decagon, a conversational AI platform company. The manager will own end-to-end event management, including strategy, execution, and post-event follow-up, partnering with the sales team to ensure effective event presence and lead generation. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own the EMEA events calendar, from strategy through execution to post-event follow-up
  2. Partner closely with the EMEA sales team to ensure targeting of the right accounts and presence at the right events
  3. Plan and execute a range of event formats including trade shows, executive dinners, hosted events, and community activations
  4. Develop and manage the post-event follow-up motion to ensure leads are captured and actioned
  5. Track and report on pipeline, ROI, and lead conversion metrics

Skills

Required

  • 5–7 years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B company
  • Experience owning events in EMEA
  • Strong commercial instincts
  • Ability to run multiple programs at once
  • Experience turning one-off events into repeatable programs
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA and occasionally to the US
