Field Marketing Manager for an AI platform company focused on contact centers. The role involves owning event strategy, execution, ROI reporting, cross-functional alignment, budget management, vendor negotiation, and driving integrated promotional plans. Requires strong project management and analytical skills. Experience with AI/Contact Center solutions is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own event strategies aligned to pipeline goals and sales priorities; refine the field marketing playbook to drive consistency, scalability, and repeatable success.
  2. set KPIs, define success metrics, and present clear, executive-ready insights on pipeline impact and conversion performance.
  3. Act as the central lead between sales, demand, design, and partner teams for event GTM orchestration
  4. Manage enterprise-level event programs across multiple functions and campaigns (e.g., tradeshows, VIP dinners, and partner-led activations)
  5. Forecast spend, justify investment tradeoffs, and optimize program-level budgets with finance and RevOps
