This role is for a Field Marketing Manager responsible for driving marketing efforts to fuel growth in the EMEA region. The role involves collaborating with Sales and global teams to build programs, manage campaigns and events, and analyze performance. A key aspect of the role is leveraging generative AI and advanced automation to personalize marketing programs at scale, experiment with emerging AI tools, and utilize AI-driven insights for messaging and campaign strategy. What you'd actually do

  1. Strategise, plan, execute, manage, and optimise end-to-end field marketing programs for the EMEA region
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, and global teams (Brand, Communications, Demand Marketing) to build programs that drive theatre pipeline and revenue targets
  3. Serve as the voice of the region, shaping global marketing campaigns to ensure brand relevance for the EMEA audience
  4. Work in collaboration with the Partner team to drive local programs that boost partner engagement
  5. Manage EMEA branded merchandise and event materials

Skills

Required

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in building, launching, and analyzing campaigns using modern Martech tools
  • Success in managing multiple cross-channel marketing programs concurrently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and results
  • Experience in program budget management and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven, measurable results
  • Innovative approach with willingness to test, learn, and adapt
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities and multitasking effectively
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
