Field Marketing Manager, Anz

Glean is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, ANZ, to partner with sales and marketing teams to support regional marketing strategy in Australia and New Zealand. The role involves driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through field marketing initiatives, including planning, executing, and managing regional campaigns, events, webinars, and other activities. The manager will collaborate with sales, regional teams, and extended marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing programs and lead strategic partnerships with technology and channel partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, organize, and execute owned events, roundtables, conferences, webinars and other promotional activities to generate leads as well as drive sales pipeline and brand awareness for Glean.
  2. Help build and execute the strategic plan to meet pipeline goals i.e. align GTM plans to budget.
  3. Ensure end-to-end execution - Coordinate logistics > venue/F&B/Booth/Giveaways, vendor management, and lead + budget tracking per the events strategy and playbook.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  5. Work closely with the product/content marketing/SME team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and messaging.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in ANZ field marketing, event management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics).
  • Creative mindset to drive innovative event experiences.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with product-led go-to-market motions
