Field Marketing Manager for Oracle's Construction and Engineering market, responsible for building and scaling campaign plans, driving demand, and accelerating pipeline through omni-channel strategies, event planning, and budget management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own bringing the campaign strategy to life in North America, focusing on live and virtual event planning, execution
  2. Design omni-channel activation plans and execute across the following channels: digital, social, event, PR, partner alignment and ensuring sales buy-in
  3. manage budget, measure and optimize program performance against KPIs such as MQL benchmarks, funnel conversion rates, pipeline and revenue, provide recommendations based on key drivers to improve engagement
  4. Be an active partner to the field teams, driving buy-in and engagement with marketing plans
  5. Manage program calendar, internal communication methods, project management tools and internal stakeholder teams to drive accountability and ownership.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years experience in B2B demand generation marketing or event management
  • Proven ability to design demand generation plans and industry-specific campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex workflows and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and translate into insights
  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills with ability to present complex technical ideas in a simple, straightforward manner
