This role is for a Field Marketing Manager in EMEA for ClickHouse, a database company. The primary focus is on driving awareness and consideration for their product among enterprise companies through events and regional programs. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, managing event lifecycles, and analyzing campaign performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Travel required >40% of the time.
  2. Collaborate closely with sales, demand generation, product marketing, and developer advocacy teams to design and execute integrated field campaigns that support both immediate and long-term business objectives for ClickHouse.
  3. Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences by working with cross-functional teams to develop content and promotional strategies that drive high attendance and engagement.
  4. Work with external partners and third-party organisations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives, helping to expand ClickHouse's reach and strengthen its market presence.
  5. Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution, for various events, such as trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field, event, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space, with a strong focus on the EMEA market.
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness through field marketing efforts.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in organising and executing events at both small and large scales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the database or data analytics industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience with collaborating with global marketing teams, and has interests in building and improving on new and existing programs.
