This Field Marketing Manager role for the Middle East will focus on building brand awareness, supporting business development, and strengthening customer/partner relationships through localized marketing campaigns and events. The role requires developing and executing regional marketing strategies, localizing global campaigns, planning events, supporting go-to-market efforts, and managing budgets. It emphasizes strong communication skills, experience in marketing within aerospace/defense, and understanding of B2G/B2B marketing in regulated industries.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy to build Shield AI’s presence and brand recognition across the Middle East.
  2. Localize global campaigns and messaging to align with regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and audience needs.
  3. Plan and manage regional events, including trade shows, defense exhibitions, and industry conferences — driving engagement with government, defense, and technology stakeholders.
  4. Support go-to-market and partnership marketing efforts with distributors, defense contractors, and government entities in the Middle East.
  5. Collaborate with the global communications team to ensure consistent brand storytelling across media, PR, and digital platforms.
