Stripe is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe/MEA to lead marketing efforts, focusing on building brand awareness and establishing product-market fit. This role involves defining and executing field marketing strategies, partnering with Sales and Demand Generation, managing events, and producing localized content to drive pipeline and customer growth in a diverse geographic region.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute the field marketing strategy across the Northern Europe and MEA cluster, with a focus on established enterprises, digital native businesses, and SaaS platforms.
  2. Partner closely with Sales to align account plans and develop marketing strategies that generate pipeline and enhance product adoption in emerging markets.
  3. Partner with Demand Generation to define and execute full-funnel marketing plans including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, sales prospecting programs, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  4. Oversee the regional events strategy and execution, incorporating third-party and Stripe-hosted events in in-person, and virtual formats.
  5. Partner with Product Marketing to identify, scope, and produce or localize compelling content and marketing assets for diverse local audiences.
