Field Marketing Specialist based in New York City responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of marketing initiatives, from managing trade show logistics to ensuring a seamless experience at executive roundtables. This role requires operational rigor and attention to detail in managing events, budgets, and vendor relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own logistics for high-touch events, executive roundtables, thought leadership roadshows, industry tradeshows, and account-based activations. This includes venue sourcing, contract routing, catering coordination, and AV management
  2. Ensure operational excellence across event targeting, registration page setup, invitation creation and management, lead list management, and follow up process
  3. Support budget management across PO creation, invoicing, and spend tracking
  4. Own the onboarding and management of the global swag and event materials store including vendor relationship management, item selection, and procurement and inventory oversight
  5. Serve as the on-site lead at regional field events supporting setup, experience flow, vendor troubleshooting, and real-time run-of-show adjustments

Skills

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project management in a high-growth environment
  • Comfortable navigating a modern marketing stack
  • Proven ability to manage third-party agencies, production houses, and high-end hospitality vendors
  • Ability to travel (up to 50% in busy periods)
