LangChain LangChain · Data AI · San Francisco, CA · Marketing

LangChain is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and community growth through high-impact events. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations, focusing on planning and executing events, partnering with sales to generate pipeline, and identifying strategic opportunities for the company to engage with developers and enterprise buyers. The ideal candidate has experience in field marketing, event management, and supporting pipeline generation, with a willingness to travel.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships. Own everything from planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution to post-event strategy.
  2. Partner with sales to ensure events generate real pipeline. Set goals for meetings, leads, and opportunities—and ensure strong follow-up after every event.
  3. Work with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and launch targeted events or field programs to engage priority accounts. Develop account based marketing plan with sales for the high priority accounts.
  4. Evaluate 3rd party conferences and sponsorships to determine where LangChain should show up and how we can stand out.
  5. Coordinate logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event tech. Ensure reps are prepped and ready to maximize every event.
  6. Continuously refine our field marketing playbook—testing formats, improving ROI, and scaling what works.
