Field Medical Advisor for Hematology portfolio in Romania, Bucharest. Responsible for discussing products, patient treatment trends, and studies with leading specialists on a peer-to-peer basis, maximizing company product value through high-quality scientific communication. This role requires a deep understanding of the therapeutic area and the ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders.

What you'd actually do

  1. To be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for discussing our products, patients’ treatment trends and studies in the therapeutic areas in which we are involved, on a peer-to-peer basis with a defined audience of Leading Specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other stakeholders) and to be considered a trusted scientific counterpart and partner.
  2. To maximize company product value through high scientific quality communication with Leading Specialists on a peer-to-peer basis with a min 80% presence in the field. Through activities in line with the Medical Affairs Plan, the Field Medical Advisor is jointly responsible for the realization of short-term and long-term company goals.
  3. To keep abreast of medical and scientific knowledge.
  4. Identify evolving scientific concepts with future clinical implications.
  5. Development and maintenance of a contact network with Leading Specialists.

Skills

Required

  • University degree in Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or other related Life Sciences.
  • Knowledge of English language (fluent speaking and writing).
