Field Operations Manager, Strategic

Glean is seeking a Field Operations Manager to be the operational and analytical backbone for the Strategic sales segment, supporting their largest and most complex customers and prospects. This role involves reporting and analyzing key sales metrics, leading annual planning workstreams, driving forecasting accuracy, designing reporting and dashboarding, working with Systems for CRM hygiene, analyzing whitespace and account potential, building operational processes, and acting as a thought partner to cross-functional leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Report and analyze key Strategic segment metrics to understand sales funnel metrics, revenue growth, pipeline quality, and overall health of the business across new, expansion, and renewal motions
  2. Lead key annual planning workstreams for the Strategic segment, including book building, territory design, and geo analyses to support data‑driven GTM decisions
  3. Drive Strategic forecasting accuracy - provide the data, analysis, and inspection views leaders need to run effective forecast calls
  4. Lead the design and build of reporting and dashboarding for the Strategic segment
  5. Work with Systems to drive CRM hygiene and scalability for Strategic account reporting
