Field Partner Sales Manager

Adobe is seeking a Field Partner Sales Manager to oversee partner relations for a specified field sales team. The role involves engaging with various partners to drive collaborative efforts with Adobe’s direct sales team, build go-to-market activities, and increase client and partner mindshare to create new opportunities and accelerate existing deals. The manager will drive partner-created sales pipeline, support deal acceleration, discover and qualify early-stage pipeline, establish senior sales leadership relationships, and ensure AEs have defined partner strategies. Responsibilities include leveraging the ecosystem to execute pipeline creation, driving joint marketing initiatives, enabling the partner ecosystem on Adobe Solutions, and fostering teamwork and collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive partner created sales pipeline and bookings across your assigned sales segments.
  2. Support your aligned direct sales team with the acceleration of (and close plan for) their deals via partner support.
  3. Discover, qualify, and deliver early-stage sales pipeline working closely with the Adobe fields sales organization and equivalent partner client stakeholders.
  4. Establish strong Senior Sales Leadership relationship and an ongoing cadence for your aligned Sales Team.
  5. Ensure the success of every AE and that every sales executive has a defined partner strategy that drives partner created pipeline.
