This role is a Field Partner Sales Manager at Adobe, responsible for overseeing partner relations for a specified field sales team. The goal is to drive collaborative efforts with Adobe’s direct sales team, build go-to-market activities, and increase client and partner mindshare to create new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles. The role involves acting as a strategic advisor, driving growth through partner-created pipeline, accelerating deals, managing partner critical issues, developing relationships, and leveraging the Adobe ecosystem for pipeline creation and conversion. It requires experience in quota-based sales, partner channel sales, and working for a large enterprise software company, with a deep understanding of how GSI, digital agencies, and consulting firms operate. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar CX solutions is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the Strategic Partner Advisor to Sales leadership and activate Partners by defining and driving a Partner strategy for assigned Sales segment
  2. Generate and close partner created pipeline and bookings across assigned sales segments; provide a Partner POV for Account planning and early stage opportunities
  3. Partner with your aligned sales teams to advance in-flight opportunities and build effective close plans.
  4. Engage closely with Adobe fields sales organization and equivalent partner client stakeholders to discover, qualify, and deliver early-stage sales pipeline working. Manage and prioritize Partner critical issues to Sales leadership as needed.
  5. Establish strong Senior Sales Leadership relationship and an ongoing cadence for your aligned Sales Team; serve as the primary liaison between the Adobe partner ecosystem and the assigned direct sales team.
