Field Projects Manager - Immunology

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Projects Manager for their immunology division in Budapest, Hungary. This role is primarily focused on pharmaceutical sales, involving planning and delivering business objectives to hospital accounts, promoting brand messages, and managing stakeholders. The position is field-based and commission-driven, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. The manager will also support marketing projects and potentially cover KAM/TAA roles in their absence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve the allocated performance targets in a specific period of time, such as: product sales, market share, coverage and frequency of visits to customers, usage of multichannel activities, brand perception indicators (e.g. IGNITE)
  2. Identifies and builds relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the assigned accounts and develops effective network at national level
  3. Supports implementation of specific marketing projects at national level, in collaboration with the brand manager;
  4. Supports the KAM/TAA in the development of key account plans and objectives based on the analysis of in order to achieve the business objectives. Is integral part of the account team;
  5. Communicate appropriately with health care practitioners, deliver relevant therapeutic information on approved products, in accordance with the approved marketing strategy

Skills

Required

  • University or other Degree
  • Min. 2 years experience in pharmaceutical sales
