Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate healthcare providers on product coverage, reimbursement processes, and claims submissions for Immunology Dermatology therapies in the Houston North, The Woodlands, and Spring territories. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, understanding payer dynamics, and resolving patient access and affordability issues.

What you'd actually do

  1. Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations (local payers, government payers, etc.) for core and launch products.
  2. Collaborate with field support team members such as sales representatives and key account managers and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
  3. Act with a sense of urgency to address critical access and affordability issues for patients.
  4. Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes.
  5. Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and creative problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Account Management experience
  • Reimbursement experience
  • Expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits
  • Coding and billing knowledge

  • Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy
