Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for their Oncology therapies in Long Island, NY. This role focuses on educating healthcare providers and their staff about patient access, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements for J&J Oncology products. The position requires building strong relationships with customers, addressing access and affordability issues, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including account management and reimbursement expertise in a provider office setting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations (local payers, government payers, etc.) for core and launch oncology products.
  2. Collaborate with field support team members such as sales representatives and key account managers and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team
  3. Act with a sense of urgency to address critical access and affordability issues for patients
  4. Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes
  5. Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and creative problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience
  • Expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits, coding, and billing
  • Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience
