Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for their Oncology division in Wisconsin. This role focuses on educating healthcare providers (HCPs) about product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements for J&J Immunology therapies. The manager will build relationships with HCPs, address patient access and affordability issues, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires extensive knowledge of medication access channels, coding, and billing, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations (local payers, government payers, etc.) for core and launch products.
  2. Collaborate with field support team members such as sales representatives and key account managers and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
  3. Act with a sense of urgency to address critical access and affordability issues for patients.
  4. Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes.
  5. Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and creative problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement
