Field Reporting Insights Manager

Anthropic Anthropic · AI Frontier · San Francisco, CA · Sales

This role focuses on building and owning the reporting foundation for Anthropic's go-to-market organization, translating leadership needs into durable reporting, driving analytical innovation, and scaling the function. It involves designing, building, and certifying core reporting suites across various GTM performance metrics, partnering with data teams, and leveraging AI tools to surface insights from unstructured data.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, and certify the core reporting suite that serves as the single source of truth for GTM performance — spanning pipeline, forecast, bookings, capacity, customer health, and rep productivity
  2. Serve as a trusted analytical partner to GTM leadership; invest time understanding how leaders run their businesses, what decisions they make each week, and what they wish they could see but can't
  3. Design the visual language for new concepts — whether that's consumption ramp across a cohort or the shape of a PLG-to-enterprise conversion curve — and find the one view that makes it click for the audience
  4. Build reporting infrastructure that scales ahead of the organization — what works for 30 sellers should still work for 300
