What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with dealers to build capability, drive process improvement and execute Product Support (Service Operations) related strategies.
  2. Connect data to identify opportunities and develop solutions that support dealers in meeting customer needs.
  3. Build foundational knowledge of Caterpillar, its products, services and customers.
  4. Grow personally and professionally through soft skills development and hands-on technical training.
  5. Work in various rotational assignments throughout Caterpillar, learning strategy, services and products
