This role is for a Field Sales Advisor at Rivian, responsible for managing the customer relationship from lead qualification to closing, educating customers about products, and achieving sales targets. It requires a customer-first approach, strong communication skills, and experience in sales or retail environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other key performance indicators such as demo drive volume, pipeline management, sales conversion, take rate on trade-ins and financial solutions, customer satisfaction and NPS.
  2. Ensure customer experience at your location(s) is best-in-class: authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with Rivian’s core values and culture.
  3. Engage and qualify Rivian customers and identify their unique needs to create personalized and memorable experiences that drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain and share your in-depth knowledge of our products and services, features and benefits, and community stories to effectively guide customers in their decision-making process when considering Rivian.
  5. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by establishing positive, long-term relationships with customers via high touch, responsive service.

Skills

Required

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Nice to have

  • 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience succeeding in a face-paced, dynamic start up environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Programs or Google Workspace
