Field Sales Manager for Google Cloud Startups in CEE, focusing on guiding startups in leveraging Google's AI tech stack for scaling their AI-driven products from prototyping to global deployment. The role involves leading a team of Field Sales Representatives, building relationships with founders and investors, and ensuring startups architect their business on Google Cloud AI services.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support your team in helping startups in CEE architect their business on the Google Cloud AI stack (Vertex AI, BigQuery, and custom AI infrastructure) and scale their business.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors and technical leaders across CEE startups. Support their long-term direction by understanding their technology footprint, growth plans, and competitive landscape.
  3. Develop a strong performance culture through data-driven coaching,high-velocity coaching, and timely intervention to unblock complex projects and commercial negotiations.
  4. Lead and coach a high-performing team, focusing on talent strategy and skills development, emphasizing innovative, consultative selling techniques.
  5. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
